Al-Hijjr 4 of 6
Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 There, no fatigue shall smite them, nor shall they ever be driven from it' 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that My Torment is indeed the most painful torment. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 "Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
