And warn them of the Day whereon the enemies of Allah will be gathered unto the Fire; and they will be set in bands. 19 until (on the brink of it) their eyes, ears and skin will testify to their deeds on the Day when the enemies of God are driven to the fire. 20 They will ask their skins: “Why did you bear witness against us?” The skins will reply: “Allah gave us speech, as He gave speech to all others. He it is Who created you for the first time and it is to Him that you will be sent back. 21 Ye did not hide yourselves lest your ears and your eyes and your skins should testify against you, but ye deemed that Allah knew not much of what ye did. 22 And this is the assumption you had regarding your Lord, which has ruined you, so you are now among those who have been defeated. 23 Then if they are patient, even then the fire is their home; and if they plead, none will listen to their pleading. 24 ۞ And We appointed companions for them, who made what is before them and what is after them seem good to them, and the Word proved true upon them along with the groups of jinns and men who passed away before them; they were indeed losers. 25
