The tree of Zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 like molten lead will it boil in the belly, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 “Seize him and drag him to the middle of the Blazing Fire, 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Attired in fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
