Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 They shall wear of fine and thick silk, (sitting) face to face; 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
