Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is the food of the sinful 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 like boiling water. 46 (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste; you forsooth are the mighty, the honorable: 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 Therefore We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue. They may haply take a warning. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59
