For, God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth; and on the Day when the Last Hour dawns - on that Day will be lost all who [in their lifetime] tried to reduce to nothing [whatever they could not understand]. 27 You shall see every nation hobbling on their knees. Each nation shall be summoned to its Book. (And it will be said:) 'This Day, you shall be recompensed for what you were doing. 28 This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do." 29 Then, as to those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them to His Mercy that will be the achievement for all to see. 30 To the unbelievers the Lord will say, "Were not Our revelations recited to you and did not you arrogantly reject them? You were a sinful people". 31 Whenever it was said: 'God's promise is certainly true, and there is no doubt about the Hour,' you replied: 'We know not what the Hour is. We have only a vague idea, but are not certain.' 32 The evil of their deeds will appear to them, and they shall be encompassed by that they mocked, 33 And it shall be said, 'Today We do forget you, even as you forgot the encounter of this your day; and your refuge is the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. 34 You reached this end because you made Allah's Signs an object of jest and the life of the world deluded you.” So they shall not be taken out of the Fire nor shall they be asked to make amends (and thus please their Lord). 35 Praise, then, be to God, Lord of the heavens, and Lord of the earth, the Lord of all the worlds. 36 His is the Domination an the heavens and the earth; He is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 37
