And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 Behold! when the two receivers receive - one on the right hand and one on the left a sitter. 17 not a word he utters, but by him is an observer ready. 18 The palsy of death will surely come. This is what you wished to avert. 19 and [in the end] the trumpet [of resurrection] will be blown: that will be the Day of a warning fulfilled. 20 And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 'Thou wast heedless of this; therefore We have now removed from thee thy covering, and so thy sight today is piercing.' 22 And his comrade shall say, 'This is what I have, made ready.' 23 The command was given: “Cast into Hell every hardened, stubborn unbeliever, 24 “The one who excessively prevented from virtue, the transgressor, the doubtful.” 25 “The one who appointed another God along with Allah – so both of you fling him into the severe punishment.” 26 ۞ His Companion will say: "Our Lord! I did not make him transgress, but he was (himself) far astray." 27 He shall say, 'Dispute not before Me! For I sent you beforehand -- the threat. 28 The Word is not changed with Me; I wrong not My servants.' 29
