▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And the heaven! We have built it with might, and verily We are Powerful. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Therefore, flee to Allah. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 50 And set not up (or worship) any other ilahan (god) along with Allah [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
