With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth have We spread out wide - and how well have We ordered it! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
