With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
