▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
