Observedest thou him who turned away? 33 who gave a little, and then stopped? 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Has not he been informed of the contents of the Book of Moses 36 and Abraham, who paid his debt in full? 37 that no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; 38 And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad). 39 And that his effort will be seen. 40 and will be fully recompensed for his deeds. 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 And that it is He who causes death and gives life 44 And that He created pairs, the male and the female 45 From a sperm-drop when it is emitted 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 That it is He Who giveth wealth and satisfaction; 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 and that He destroyed Ad, the ancient, 50 And Thamud, and did not leave them, 51 And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors, 52 And Al-Mu'tafikah He destroyed 53 and covered them with torment. 54 So, which of your Lord's bounties will you doubt?” 55 THIS IS a warning like those warnings of old: 56 The Imminent is near at hand; 57 none except Allah can disclose it. 58 Do you then find these tidings strange? 59 And keep laughing and do not weep, 60 Indulging in pleasantries? 61 So make obeisance to Allah and serve (Him). ۩ 62
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
