(O Prophet), indeed We have revealed the Qur'an to you in portions. 23 So wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and do not yield to anyone among them who is sinful or ungrateful; 24 Remember the name of thy Lord at morn and evening. 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Verily! These (disbelievers) love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day (that will be hard). 27 We created them, and We strengthened their joints, but, when We will, We shall indeed exchange their likes. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 (The virtuous mentioned in this chapter) want only what God wants. God is All-knowing and All-wise. 30 He admits unto His grace everyone who wills [to be admitted]; but as for the evildoers - for them has He readied grievous suffering [in the life to come]. 31
