And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 Are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which We destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 Soon shall the hosts be routed, and they shall turn (their) backs. 45 Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most grievous and bitter. 46 Indeed the wrongdoers are in error and a raging fire. 47 On that Day they will be dragged into the fire faces foremost, (and told:) "Taste the feel of Hell." 48 We have created everything in a determined measure. 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 All their deeds are recorded in their books: 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
