The warnings came to the people of Pharaoh. 41 They rejected all Our communications, so We overtook them after the manner of a Mighty, Powerful One. 42 Are you disbelievers mightier than those of the nations which We destroyed before or have you received amnesty through the ancient Scriptures? 43 Or do they say, "We are a united group, and we are bound to prevail?" 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Nay, but the Hour (of doom) is their appointed tryst, and the Hour will be more wretched and more bitter (than their earthly failure). 46 The sinful ones will face the destructive torment of hell 47 There shall come a Day when they will be dragged on their faces into the Fire and will be told: “Now taste the flame of Hell.” 48 Verily everything! We have created it by a measure. 49 And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 All things small or great have been written down. 53 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and rivers, 54 In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability. 55
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
