Everyone on earth is destined to die. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie? 28 Everyone in the heavens and on the earth entreats Him. Every day He manifests Himself in a new state. 29 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction. 33 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 34 There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. 35 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 On that day there will be no need to ask mankind or jinn about his sin 39 (We shall see) which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks so they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 42 This is the Hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 They will run around in blazing fire and boiling water. 44 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 45
