All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 Soon shall We settle your affairs, O both ye worlds! 31 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 32 O company of jinn and men! If you have the power to go beyond the realms of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them: you cannot pass out but with [Our] authority. 33 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 Neither man nor jinn will be questioned on that day about his sin. 39 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 42 This is the Hell which the Sinners deny: 43 between it and [their own] burning-hot despair will they wander to and fro! 44 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 45
