Everyone on earth is destined to die. 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 28 All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power. 29 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 36 (On the Day of Judgment) when the heavens are rent asunder they will have a flowery color and flow like oil. 37 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 38 Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. 39 (We shall see) which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 40 The sinners shall be known by their mark, they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 42 This is the Hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 45
