And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 In which are fruits of all kinds, each of two varieties. 52 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 As if they were rubies and coral. 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain beli? 63 dark green in color. 64 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 65 therein two fountains of gushing water -- 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 Therein will be fruits and dates and pomegranates. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 71 Maidens (of Paradise, Houris) in cloistered cool pavilions. 72 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 73 Whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them - 74 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets. 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Majesty and Glory. 78
