BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Having numerous branches. 48 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 49 In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 55 Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them. 56 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 57 who are as beautiful as rubies and pearls. 58 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 Dark green [in color]. 64 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 67 In both of them will be [all kinds of] fruit, and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 73 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets. 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
