The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the event befalleth - 1 There is no denying that it will befall - 2 Degrading (some) and exalting (others); 3 When the earth is shaken violently, 4 The mountains bruised and crushed, 5 So that they shall be as scattered dust. 6 And ye will be three kinds: 7 Those on the right hand; how happy shall those on the right hand be! 8 And the Companions of the Left Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Left Hand? 9 And the Outstrippers, the Outstrippers 10 Those are the ones brought near [to Allah] 11 In gardens of bliss [will they dwell] 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 They will recline on jewelled couches 15 they shall recline, facing each other, 16 Round about them shall go youths never altering in age, 17 with goblets and ewers and a cup filled with a drink drawn from a running spring, 18 Their heads shall not ache with it, nor shall they lose their senses. 19 And with fruit from that which they choose. 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 And (there will be) Houris (fair females) with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious), 22 like the pearls in their shells: 23 a recompense for all that they did. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 only the saying 'Peace, Peace!' 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 They shall recline on high amidst lote trees without thorns 28 And banana-trees (with fruits), one above another. 29 and continuous shade, 30 And water gushing, 31 and fruits abounding 32 unfailing, unforbidden, 33 And exalted thrones. 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 And made them virgins, 36 intensely loving and of matching age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
