We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
