۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
