Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
