۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 it is surely a noble Koran 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
