Indeed, for the righteous with their Lord are the Gardens of Pleasure. 34 What! Shall We treat those who have submitted (to Our command) like those who have acted as criminals? 35 What is the matter with you? What sort of a judgement you impose! 36 Or have ye a scripture wherein ye learn 37 and in which you find all that you may wish to find? 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them which of them is able to vouch for this! 40 Or have they other gods? Then let them bring their other gods if they are truthful 41 On the day when the terrible torment approaches, they will be told (in a mocking way) to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do it. 42 humbled shall be their eyes, and abasement shall overspread them, for they had been summoned to bow themselves while they were whole. 43 Therefore, leave Me with he who belied this discourse. We will draw them on little by little from where they do not know. 44 Yet I will give them respite: Surely My plan is compact. 45 Or do you ask from them a reward, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Is with them the unseen, so that they write down? 47 So be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and be not as the Man of the Fish, when he called, choking inwardly. 48 Had it not been for a favour from his Lord he would have been cast blame-worthy on a barren plain. 49 Then his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 But the unbelievers would like to stare you out of balance when they hear the warning, and say: "Surely he is possessed;" 51 [Be patient:] for this is nought else but a reminder [from God] to all mankind. 52
