For those who fear God there are pleasure gardens with their Lord. 34 Shall We treat the Muslims like criminals? 35 What ails you then, how you judge? 36 Or have you a Book in which you read 37 That you have surely therein what you choose? 38 Or you have oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection that yours will be what you judge. 39 Ask them, which of them will stand surety for that! 40 Have they associate gods? Then let them produce their associate gods if they say sooth! 41 On the day when the Shin* will be exposed and they will be called to prostrate themselves, they will be unable. (Used as a metaphor) 42 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not). 43 Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not. 44 And I bear with them; verily My contrivance is sure. 45 (Muhammad), do you ask for your preaching any recompense which is too heavy a price for them to pay? 46 Or is the Unseen in their keeping, and so they are writing it down? 47 So wait with patience for the Decision of your Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish, when he cried out (to Us) while he was in deep sorrow. (See the Quran, Verse 21:87). 48 and who cried (for help) to his Lord, while imprisoned and helpless inside the fish. Had it not been for a favor from his Lord, he would have been left out in the open, deserving blame for his shortcomings. 49 But his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 When those who deny the truth hear the admonition, they would almost cause you to stumble with their evil eyes; and they say, "He is certainly mad." 51 But it is nothing less than a Message to all the worlds. 52
