▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
So whoever does some good deeds, and is a believer, then his efforts will not be ignored; and We are recording it. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 until such a time as Gog and Magog are let loose [upon the world] and swarm down from every corner [of the earth,] 96 And the certain promise (of Doom) comes near. Then the eyes of unbelievers will be fixed in horror, (and they will cry:) "Ah, woe betide, we were indeed heedless of this, and were oppressors and unjust." 97 Verily you and those you worship other than God will be faggots for Hell; and come to it you will. 98 Had these indeed been gods they would not have gone there. But (as it is), all of you shall ever abide in it." 99 Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not. 100 But for those whom We had decided to favour with good reward, they shall be kept far removed from Hell. 101 They shall not hear even a whisper of it, and they shall live for ever in the delights which they had desired. 102 The Hour of the Great Terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them saying: "This is your Day which you had been promised." 103 The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it. 104 We have already written in the Psalms following the Reminder, "My righteous servants shall inherit the earth." 105 Lo! there is a plain statement for folk who are devout. 106 (Muhammad), We have sent you for no other reason but to be a mercy for mankind. 107 Say: "It is revealed to me that your God is only One God. Will you, then, submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn away, say: "I have proclaimed this in equity unto all of you alike; but I do not know whether that [judgment] which you are promised [by God] is near or far [in time]. 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 He also said, "Lord, judge (us) with Truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent One whose help I ask against the blasphemies you say about Him". 112
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
