But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have caught hold of him by his right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
