So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 nor is it the work of a soothsayer but only a few of you take heed. 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
