BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have withheld us from punishing him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
