Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2
But what is the matter with those who deny the truth, that they come hastening towards you 36 [coming upon thee] from the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Does every man of them hope to enter the Paradise of delight? 38 By no means! For We have created them out of the (base matter) they know! 39 So I swear by the Lord of all [the three hundred and sixty (360)] points of sunrise and sunset in the east and the west that surely We are Able 40 To bring better people than they in their place; and they will not be able to thwart Us. 41 Then leave them alone to plunge and play until they encounter that day of theirs which they are promised, 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 with downcast eyes and faces distorted in shame; such is the Day which they are promised. 44
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
