Noah supplicated, "Lord, they have disobeyed me, and followed those whose wealth and children have only added to their ruin; 21 "And they have devised a tremendous Plot. 22 and said: 'Do not renounce your gods, do not leave waddan or suwa'an or yaghutha, or ya'uqa, or nasra' 23 They have misled many and the unjust will achieve nothing but more error". 24 Because of their sins they were drowned (in the flood), and were made to enter the Fire (of Punishment): and they found- in lieu of Allah- none to help them. 25 And Nuh said: My Lord! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers: 26 "If You leave them, they will mislead Your slaves, and they will beget none but wicked disbelievers." 27 Forgive me, My Lord, and my parents, and whosoever seeks refuge in my house as a believer, and the believers men and women alike, and do not increase the harmdoers except in ruin' 28
