Prayed Nooh, “O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, and they follow the one whose wealth and children increase nothing for him except ruin.” 21 and they have hatched a mighty plot, 22 And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr. 23 And indeed they have led astray many, and do not increase the unjust in aught but error. 24 They were drowned because of their habitual sinfulness, and sent to Hell, and did not find any helper other than God. 25 And Nuh said: my Lord! leave not upon the earth of the infidels one inhabitant. 26 For surely if Thou leave them they will lead astray Thy servants, and will not beget any but immoral, ungrateful (children) 27 "O my Sustainer! Grant Thy forgiveness unto me and unto my parents, and unto everyone who enters my house as a believer, and unto all believing men and believing women [of later times]; and grant Thou that the doers of evil shall increasingly meet with destruction!" 28
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Noah (Nooh). Sent down in Mecca after The Bee (Al-nahl) before Abraham (Ibrahim)
