Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I worship only Allah, and I do not ascribe any partner to Him.” 20 Say, "It is not in my power to cause you either harm or good?" 21 Say: "No one can deliver me from Allah (If I were to disobey Him), nor should I find refuge except in Him, 22 My duty is only to convey that which I receive from Him and His messages." For those who disobey God and His Messenger there is the fire of hell, wherein they will abide forever. 23 [Let them, then, wait] until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned: for then they will come to understand which [kind of man] is more helpless and counts for less! 24 Say, "I do not know if what you are promised is near or if my Lord will grant for it a [long] period." 25 Knower He of the Unseen, and He discloses not His Unseen to anyone, 26 except only to a Messenger that He has chosen, and He sends guardians before him and behind him, 27 So that He may know that they have truly delivered the messages of their Lord, and He encompasses what is with them and He records the number of all things. 28
