Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ I swear by the Day of Resurrection. 1 No! I swear by the reproachful soul. 2 Does man think that We cannot assemble his bones? 3 Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips. 4 Rather, the human desires to continue in his immorality, 5 He asks, “When will be the Day of Resurrection?” 6 So when vision is dazzled 7 And the moon shall be ecliped. 8 And the sun and moon are joined together,- 9 people will say, "Is there anywhere to run away?" 10 Certainly not! There will be no place of refuge. 11 Before thy Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of rest. 12 That Day will Man be told (all) that he put forward, and all that he put back. 13 nay, man shall be a clear proof against himself, 14 Whatever the excuses he may offer. 15 Do not move your tongue with it (the Revelation) to hasten it. 16 for, behold, it is for Us to gather it [in thy heart,] and to cause it to be read [as it ought to be read]. 17 Wherefore when We recite it, follow thou the reciting thereof. 18 and then, behold, it will be for Us to make its meaning clear. 19 NAY, but [most of] you love this fleeting life, 20 and leave be the Hereafter. 21 Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and beauty);- 22 Looking toward their Lord; 23 Others will be despondent, 24 knowing that a crushing calamity is about to befall them. 25 Yes indeed, when the soul will reach up to the throat. 26 And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?" 27 And he bethinketh that it is the time of parting. 28 And agony is heaped on agony; 29 upon that Day the driving shall be to your Lord. 30

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
