Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ I CALL TO WITNESS the Day of Resurrection, 1 Nay, I swear by the accusing soul (that this Scripture is true). 2 Thinketh man that We shall not assemble his bones? 3 We certainly have the power to restore them even the very tips of their finger. 4 Yet man wants to deny what is ahead of him: 5 He asks: "When will be this Day of Resurrection?" 6 At length, when the sight is dazed, 7 The moon eclipsed, 8 And the sun and the moon are joined, 9 on that Day man will ask, "Where can I escape?" 10 Never so, for there will be no escape. 11 On that day, the station is only towards your Lord. 12 On that day, people will be informed of all that they had done and all that they were supposed to do. 13 nay, man shall be a clear proof against himself, 14 Though he may put forth his excuses (to cover his evil deeds). 15 Move not thy tongue concerning the (Qur'an) to make haste therewith. 16 We Ourself shall see to its collection and recital. 17 Therefore when We have recited it, follow its recitation. 18 Then indeed, to explain its details to you is upon Us. 19 No! But you love the immediate 20 And leave the Hereafter. 21 Countenances on that Day shall be resplendent, 22 Looking toward their Lord. 23 And countenances on that Day shall be scowling. 24 so they might think the Calamity had been inflicted upon them. 25 Nay, when (the soul) reaches to the collar bone (i.e. up to the throat in its exit), 26 And it is asked: "Is there any reciter of charms and amulets?" 27 And he is sure that it is the (hour of) parting 28 And leg will be joined with another leg (shrouded) 29 on that Day he will be driven towards your Lord! 30

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
