Al-Insan 2 of 2
Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 So wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and do not yield to anyone among them who is sinful or ungrateful; 24 Mention the Name of your Lord, mornings and evenings. 25 And part of the night, prostrate thyself to Him; and glorify Him a long night through. 26 Those people [who are unmindful of God] aspire for immediate gains, and put behind them a Heavy Day. 27 It is We Who creared them and made them firm of make. And whenever We list, We can replace them with others like unto them. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 But you will not desire except as God wills. Verily He is all-knowing and all-wise. 30 He admits into His mercy, whomever He wills; and for the unjust He has kept prepared a painful punishment. 31
