In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By oath of those that are sent, one after the other. (The verses of the Holy Qur’an or the angels or the winds). 1 And by the winds that blow violently, 2 Which scatter clouds to their destined places, 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 and then cast (Allah's) remembrance (in people's hearts), 5 To cut off all excuses or to warn; 6 that whatever with which you have been warned will inevitably come to pass. 7 So when stars are effaced. 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the apostles are collected at the appointed time, 11 For what day is the time appointed? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out? 14 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 15 Did We not destroy [so many of] those [sinners] of olden days? 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the sinful ones. 18 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 19 Did We not create you from a humble fluid, 20 Then We lodged you in a secure place (the womb) 21 For a known term? 22 So We did measure, and We are the Best to measure (the things). 23 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 24 Did We not make the earth a receptacle, 25 for the living and for the dead? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Proceed to a shadow [of smoke] having three columns 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 It will throw out sparks as logs of wood 32 As though they were camels yellow tawny. 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 This is the day on which they shall not speak, 35 nor will they be permitted to offer any excuses. 36 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 37 This is the day of decision: We have gathered you and those of yore. 38 If you have any plans, use them. 39 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 40

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
