In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allah) sent forth one after another. 1 And those that strike violently, 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 And those that bring down the Reminder 5 [promising] freedom from blame or [offering] a warning! 6 surely that which you are promised is about to fall! 7 Thus, [it will come to pass] when the stars are effaced, 8 And when the heaven is cleft asunder; 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 And when the messengers are brought unto their time appointed - 11 To what day is the doom fixed? 12 one will be told, "To the Day of Distinction". 13 And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out? 14 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the sinful ones. 18 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 19 Did We not create you from a weak water, 20 which We placed within a sure lodging 21 For a known term? 22 So We did measure, and We are the Best to measure (the things). 23 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 24 Have We not made the earth to draw together to itself, 25 For the living and the dead. 26 And have placed therein firm, and tall mountains; and have given you to drink sweet water? 27 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 28 (It will be said unto them:) Depart unto that (doom) which ye used to deny; 29 “Move towards the shadow of the smoke having three branches.” 30 "(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze. 31 The fire will shoot out sparks as big as huge towers 32 So like golden camels." 33 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 34 This is a Day they will not speak, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 This is the Day of Decision, We have assembled both ye and the ancients. 38 So if you have a plot, use it against Me (Allah)! 39 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
