Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Perish the hands of AbiLahab, and perish he! 1 His wealth and gains will not exempt him. 2 He will be burnt in a Fire of blazing flames! 3 And so will his wife; carrying a bundle of firewood on her head. 4 Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
