In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force, 2 And those that revive by quickening, 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 and then giving forth a reminder, 5 To cut off all excuses or to warn; 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 So when the stars are made to lose their light, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);- 11 For which day were they appointed? 12 For the Day of sorting out (the men of Paradise from the men destined for Hell). 13 And what do you know, what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 15 Did We not destroy the earlier people? 16 So shall We make later (generations) follow them. 17 That is what We shall do to those who are guilty of crime. 18 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 19 Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)? 20 which We then let remain in [the womb's] firm keeping 21 For a known term? 22 For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things). 23 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 24 Have We not made the earth a housing 25 for the living and the dead, 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 28 (It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false! 29 Proceed to that shadow, rising in three columns 30 "Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire." 31 Verily! It (Hell) throws sparks (huge) as Al-Qasr [a fort or a Qasr (huge log of wood)], 32 So like golden camels." 33 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 34 that Day on which they will not [be able to] utter a word, 35 Nor given leave to make excuses. 36 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 If now ye have any craft, try that craft upon Me. 39 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
