O People who Believe! Fear Allah in the manner He should rightfully be feared, and do not die except as Muslims. 102 Hold on firmly together to the rope of God, and be not divided among yourselves, and remember the favours God bestowed on you when you were one another's foe and He reconciled your hearts, and you turned into brethren through His grace. You had stood on the edge of a pit of fire and He saved you from it, thus revealing to you His clear signs that you may find the right way perchance. 103 Let there be one nation of you that shall call to righteousness, ordering honor, and forbidding dishonor. Those are the prosperous. 104 And be not like those who have drawn apart from one another and have taken to conflicting views after all evidence of the truth has come unto them: for these it is for whom tremendous suffering is in store 105 the day when some faces are blackened, and some faces whitened. As for those whose faces are blackened -- 'Did you disbelieve after you had believed? Then taste the chastisement for that you disbelieved!' 106 And those whose faces have turned bright, they will be in the mercy of Allah, and therein they shall abide. 107 These are God's revelations; We recite them to you in all truth. God desires no injustice to mankind. 108 To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah will [all] matters be returned. 109
