The pious ones will be triumphant. 31 theirs shall be gardens and vineyards, 32 and young maidens of equal age, 33 and a cup overflowing. 34 No empty talk will they hear in that [paradise,] nor any lie. 35 [As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account, 36 (From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between, (Allah) Most Gracious: None shall have power to argue with Him. 37 The Day when the Spirit and the angels are ranged row on row. None shall speak save he whom the Merciful Lord will permit; and he too will speak what is right. 38 That day is certain. So whosoever likes may prepare a way to his Lord. 39 Lo! We warn you of a chastisement near at hand; the Day when a man will look on what his own hands have sent forth, and the unbelievers shall say: “Oh would that I were utter dust.” 40
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The News (Al-Naba'). Sent down in Mecca after The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej) before The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
