He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ He frowned and then turned away 1 from a blind man who had come up to him. 2 But what could tell thee but that perchance he might grow (in spiritual understanding)?- 3 (He might) remember, and the Reminder might profit him. 4 As for him who thinks himself self-sufficient, 5 you attended to him, 6 though you are not to be blamed if he would not purify himself -- 7 but as for one who comes to you, eagerly 8 and who has fear of God, 9 So you leave him, and are engrossed elsewhere! 10 Assuredly this is a reminder 11 So whoso wills may give heed to it. 12 On honourable pages. 13 Exalted, pure. 14 [Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels, 15 Honourable and Virtuous. 16 Be cursed (the disbelieving) man! How ungrateful he is! 17 From what thing doth He create him? 18 From a single sperm He created, then proportioned him, 19 Then the way He made easy. 20 Then He caused him to die and made him to be buried. 21 Then, when it is His Will, He will raise him up (again). 22 But no. He has not fulfilled what was enjoined on him. 23 Then let man look at his food, (and how We provide it): 24 We poured out the rains abundantly, 25 Then split the earth in clefts 26 Then We cause to grow therein the grain, 27 And grapes and clover, 28 and the olive, and the palm, 29 And dense gardens, 30 and fruits and herbage, 31 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 32 But when there comes the Deafening Blast 33 That Day shall a man flee from his own brother, 34 And his mother and his father 35 his wife and his sons: 36 Each man will have enough cares that day. 37 Some faces on that Day shall be beaming with happiness, 38 Laughing and full of joy, 39 but others will be gloomy 40 Dust shall cover them 41 Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him), etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers). 42
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تدرب على حفظ القرآن بمستويات مختلفة للمبتدئين والمحترفين. تخفي صفحات التمارين بعض الكلمات بحسب المستوى، ويتم ذلك بألوان جميلة أيضًا.
Practice memorizing the Quran (Hifz) with different levels from beginner to expert. Exercise pages hide some words depending on the level, also done in beautiful colors.
