The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Woe unto the defrauders: 1 Who insist on being given full when they take from others, 2 But if they give by measure or by weight to them, they cause loss. 3 Do those not think that they shall be raised up 4 On a mighty Day. 5 a Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Universe? 6 No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen. 7 And what can make you know what is sijjeen? 8 it is a written record. 9 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 10 and those who have rejected the Day of Judgment. 11 And none belieth it save each trespasser, sinner. 12 And when Our revelations are rehearsed unto him, he saith: fables of the ancients! 13 They will never have faith. In fact, their hearts are stained from their deeds. 14 No indeed; but upon that day they shall be veiled from their Lord, 15 Then they will indeed burn in Hell. 16 They will then be told: "This is what you had denied." 17 Surely the ledger of the pious will be in 'Illiyun (heights above the heights). 18 What could let you know what the 'Illiyoon is! 19 a written record, 20 witnessed by all who have [ever] been drawn close unto God. 21 Verily the pious will be in heaven, 22 resting on couches, looking around. 23 Thou wilt recognise in their faces the beaming brightness of Bliss. 24 They will be given a drink of pure wine whereon the seal [of God] will have been set, 25 The last of it is musk. So for this let the competitors compete. 26 And mixed with water of Tasnim, 27 a source [of bliss] whereof those who are drawn close unto God shall drink. 28 Those in sin used to laugh at those who believed, 29 And whenever they passed by them, used to wink at each other (in mockery); 30 And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting. 31 And when they saw them, they said: "Verily! These have indeed gone astray!" 32 No one has appointed them to watch over the believers. 33 So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers, 34 as they (recline) upon their couches and gaze (around them). 35 Did not the disbelievers get repaid for what they used to do? 36
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
