The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 who created and shaped, 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
