The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
