Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Hath there come unto thee the story of the Enveloping Event? 1 On that Day faces shall be humbled, 2 toiling [under burdens of sin,] worn out [by fear,] 3 They will suffer the heat of the blazing fire 4 They will be given drink from a boiling spring. 5 No food for them save the bitterness of dry thorns, 6 which gives no strength and neither stills hunger. 7 Many faces will be joyous on that day, 8 Glad with their endeavour (for their good deeds which they did in this world, along with the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism). 9 They will live in an exalted garden 10 Wherein you shall not hear vain talk. 11 Countless springs will flow therein, 12 therein uplifted couches 13 and goblets placed ready, 14 well-placed cushions, 15 and outspread carpets. 16 Do (these unbelievers) not observe the camels: how they were created? 17 And the heaven – how it has been raised? 18 how the mountains were hoisted, 19 And how the earth was outstretched? 20 So remind them (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), you are only a one who reminds. 21 You are not a warden over them, 22 However, as for him who turns away, being bent on denying the truth, 23 In which case he will be punished by God with the severest punishment. 24 To Us they will all return. 25 and verily, It is for Us to call them to account. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
