Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the midmorning, 1 and by the night when it covers the world with peace: 2 Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you. 3 And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). 4 Thy Lord shall give thee, and thou shalt be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you an orphan, so provided you shelter? 6 Did He not find you perplexed, and show you the way? 7 Did He not find thee destitute and enrich (thee)? 8 Therefore do not oppress the orphan. 9 And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]. 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
